Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. If you are located elsewhere and interested in purchasing our products, please send an email to hello@daggbeauty.com.  

Orders are shipped from Trollhättan in Sweden with PostNord, Instabox and UPS. Once your order has been placed it will be processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive an order confirmation by email.  

The shipping fees will be stated in the purchase process.  

Delivery time 

Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days within Sweden and 2-3 business days for the rest of the European Union. 

Returns 

If you wish to return a product you need to do so within 14 days after your purchase. Before returning a product, you must register your return to our customer service hello@daggbeauty.com. Please include order number and item number of the product you wish to return in the email. As soon as we have received the returned package at our warehouse, we will refund your order. It will take around 2-7 business days for the payment to be visible on your account.  

The product and packaging need to be unopen and intact otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the refund. You must pay for the original shipping cost and for returning the package unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.
