Daggbeauty.com (the "Site") is published and maintained by Bergh & Dubeuf AB with org. number 559365-4154 (collectively referred to as “DAGG", we", "us," or "our").
All information, tools and services available through our website is conditioned by your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Our Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including, but not limited to, users who are browsers, customers, and/or contributors of content. When visiting our site and/or purchasing our products, you engage in our Service and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you are agreeing not to use our products or the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You may not transmit any viruses or worms or any code of destructive nature.
Any violation or breach of these Terms & Conditions can result in an immediate termination of the Services.
DAGG reserves the right to change or update Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, at any time, and will notify users of the Site by posting on this page. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

Our products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Find more information here: “Shipping & Returns”.
We display the colours and images of the products we sell as accurately as possible. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at the direction of DAGG. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantities of any product or Service at any time.
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction at any time and on a case-by-case basis.
Price
Product prices are subject to change without notice. Any price is only valid on the day and time of ordering and the buyer will be charged the price valid on the day and time of the order.
All prices shown are incl. VAT.
Order
Any use of the Service and order from the Site does not constitute a binding acceptance, but an offer to DAGG to purchase the item under these Terms. A binding agreement between the customer and DAGG is only concluded when the offer has been accepted by us in an Order Confirmation which will be sent by email.
Payment terms
Products from DAGG can only be purchased in SEK.
We accept payment with Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
You agree to update your account and other information, including your contact information, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.
Shopify will store your credit card data If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your order. All information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After your purchase transaction is complete, the information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways are coherent with the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure a secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Complaints
Under EU rules, DAGG commit to reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged and at the same time unused and unopened. If you need to file a complaint, please send us an email to hello@daggbeauty.com.
Disclaimer of warranties
In no case shall DAGG be liable for direct or indirect loss as a result of the products ordered arriving late at your address or the products ordered suffer from damages of any kind when the delay or errors are due to the customer’s act or circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to: war, insurgency, unrest, fire, government intervention, seizures, currency restrictions, labour conflicts of all kinds, including strike and lockout or similar events.
You are required to check the products as soon as possible after receiving them. Any complaints must be made within a reasonable period after receiving the products. We do not provide a self-guarantee for any products ordered. You will only obtain the guarantee issued by the manufacturer.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of our products will be accurate or reliable. You agree that your use of the products is at your sole risk and that the products delivered to you through the Service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or guaranteed conditions of any kind.
